Mawsley -v- South Rushden
After a hard fought 1 -0 semi-final victory at the Glebe against Oakley Lodge, South Rushden booked themselves a place at Nene Park, home of Rushden & Diamonds, against another Corby First Division team, Mawsley. For a team from the Second Division, from a club barely four years old, it remains a great achievement. To mark this, I have been asked by a number of ex-players to create a page to celebrate the club`s greatest achievement, so far.
Nice to know that the lads could keep their spirits up after the game at the Post game scoff!!!!
